You can find St. Petersburg tourist information offices downtown, at the train station, at the airport or at the cruise terminal. In this article I’ll explain where to find the different tourist information centers in St. Petersburg, as well as the services they offer.

Introduction
To better organize your trip, a good idea as soon as you get to St. Petersburg is to go to one of the city’s tourist information centers which are located downtown, next to the main tourist attractions, as well as at the Pulkovo Airport, train station and cruise terminal.

At the tourist information offices in St. Petersburg you can get free information in various languages about the city’s events, tours, excursions, transportation, museums, etc. You can also get a map of the city.
Currently St. Petersburg has 10 tourist information offices. On the following map you can see the location of these offices:
1. Tourist information offices in the city center
1.1. Main tourist information office (near Nevsky Avenue)
The main tourist information office is located at 14 Sadovaya Street, very close to 52 Nevsky Avenue (approximately halfway along Nevsky Avenue).
- Opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
1.2. Palace Square office (next to the Hermitage)
This office is located in Palace Square, next to the Hermitage Museum.
- Opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
1.3. Millionnaya Street office (5 minutes from the Hermitage)
Near Palace Square, 5 minutes from the Hermitage and in a quieter location, there is the office at 25, Millionnaya Street.
- Opening hours: Monday to Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
1.4. Tourist information pavilion at the Peter and Paul Fortress
Near the Ioannovsky Bridge which leads into the Peter and Paul Fortress, there is another tourist information pavilion.
- Opening hours: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
1.5. Tourist information center in Sennaya Square
Another central tourist information office is the one located at No. 37 Sennaya Square.
- Opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
2. Moskovsky train station: Tourist information pavilion
Near the main St. Petersburg train station (Moskovsky Station) there is a tourist information pavilion. However, it’s not located inside the station, although it is very close, to be precise, at 10 Ligovsky Avenue, next to the Stolovaya No. 1 Restaurant.
- Opening hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
3. Pulkovo Airport: tourist information booth
You also have a tourist information booth at Pulkovo Airport, in the international arrivals area of the airport.
- Opening hours: Monday to Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
There is also a tourist information booth at the Outlet Village Shopping Mall next to the Pulkovo Airport, with opening hours from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
4. «Marine Façade» Cruise Terminal: Tourist information pavilion
In Cruise Terminal 1 of the St. Petersburg port «Marine Façade» there’s another tourist information pavilion that is only open on cruise ship arrival and docking days.
- Opening hours: 9:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. (only on cruise ship arrival days)
5. Tourist information pavilion in Rastrelli Square
A little further from the center of St. Petersburg, in Rastrelli Square, there is another tourist information pavilion. It’s located next to the Smolny Othodox Church.
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m to 4:00 p.m. The pavilion is open from May to September.
